Concrete results instead of theorizing

Marta joined Efficiency Architects in May 2019. Since then, she has organized processes in 43 manufacturing plants and commercial companies. She doesn't believe in pretty presentations that end up in a drawer. Marta spends most of her time on shop floors and in warehouses at clients' sites. Last year, she worked 618 hours directly at production lines, observing where money escapes.

Her approach is simple: numbers don't lie. If an employee walks 47 meters for goods and could walk 12, Marta will catch it and change it. In one company near Piotrków Trybunalski, she shortened the package packing time from 8 minutes to 3 minutes and 12 seconds. It wasn't magic, just a change in table layout and the introduction of simple scanners. We've verified this on 427 examples – small changes provide the largest profit.

Marta doesn't use difficult words. Instead of talking about synergy, she talks about how much sheet metal is wasted when cutting. (By the way, in one plant, she recovered 14,300 PLN per month this way). If a process doesn't work, Marta finds the cause in an average of 4 business days. She doesn't promise miracles, but she guarantees that after her visit, everyone will know what to do. Concrete facts on the table.

Working with Marta can be demanding because she doesn't give up until the result adds up. For her, implementation ends when real savings are visible in the sheet, not just a promise. In 2024, her projects brought clients an average of 17.4% efficiency increase without hiring new people. We cut unnecessary costs, and Marta does it best in our team.

Outside of work, Marta makes sure we don't waste time in the office in Częstochowa. She often says that an hour of an unproductive meeting costs the company as much as a good lunch for the whole team. She's right. If you want Marta to come to you and check where you're losing money, prepare coffee and a list of the worst problems in your company.
