We analyzed the expenses of our 37 most recent clients from 2024 and pulled an average that allows for a safe start. Forget about fairy tales of a zero-zloty business – the concrete amount is 43,200 PLN, and I will explain exactly where every penny will go.
Technology and foundations: 3,450 PLN
Many entrepreneurs fall into the trap of building their own systems from scratch, which consumes tens of thousands at the start. We rely on proven solutions that work out of the box. The amount of 3,450 PLN includes a yearly subscription for a stable sales platform, the purchase of a professional .pl domain, and an SSL certificate, which is essential for handling card payments. Signing a contract with InPost or a courier is a basic step. Although the contract itself is free, you must account for a deposit or preparation fees, which will end up in the hundreds of PLN. Additionally, it is worth investing in simple warehouse shelves. Systematic arrangement of goods shortens the time to pack one package from 14 minutes to less than 5 minutes. On a monthly scale, this is a massive saving of your time.
